Where do you find your bikes?  At first, I found them at garage sales, thrift stores and impound lots. Now, I have people that find them for me.

What is "index shifting?" Index shifting is when the toggle used to switch gears has a mechanism inside that clicks, allowing for smooth, accurate shifting.

Do you take trade-ins? Sometimes. If it's a men's style road bike that isn't a Varsity, Continental, Free Spirit, Huffy or some other unknown brand of heavy steel. I suggest selling your bike on your own anyway; for maximum dollar.

Can I return the bike if I don't like it? Unfortunately, NO. I allow plenty of time and plenty of bikes so you are able to make the right choice the first time.

What's the difference between "single speed freewheel" and "fixed gear?"  Freewheel means you can coast between strides. Fixed means you must keep pedaling as if you were on a Big Wheel or a unicycle.

 Are you a store?  Not the type of store where you can arrive unannounced and browse. I'm located in an industrial park with plenty of parking and area to ride the bikes safely.

Do you sell just frames? No frames only for sale.

 Do the bikes have new parts? Yes. Most have new tires, chains, cables, handlebar tape and seats. All bearings are lubed and wheels are trued.

I don't know my size? Refer to the sizing button on the right hand column of this screen.

Do you sell parts and do repairs? Yes. We try to do them while the customer is waiting. 

What type of guarantee do you have on the bikes? A couple of months on everything except damage caused by abuse or negligence.

Are your prices firm? Yes. My prices are fair. I work hard to find, purchase, store, repair, photograph, sell and guarantee these bikes.

Why are your bikes so inexpensive? Because I'm fair.
